The girl is currently working alongside politicians as a staff member, and she has been grabbing everyone’s attention.  Now, it makes sense – she is Yamashita Tomohisa’s sister.

Of course Twitter, blogs and 2ch aren't the most reliable sources, but they've already been spotted on so many occasions that seemed like a date to outsiders. Maybe they should just confirm the ongoing rumors or stop acting like a couple in public once every month?
